Pharmacology. 6th edition, processed and supplemented

The textbook consists of two parts. The first part of the “General Pharmacology” reflects the basic laws that determine the effect of both the drug on the body and the body on the medicine, the basic concepts are disclosed - pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. The general problems of the side and toxic action of pharmacotherapy are discussed. Modern ideas about the regulation of the turnover of drugs are also included. The second part of the Private Pharmacology contains information about the main groups of drugs and drugs, most widely used in domestic medical practice, taking into account the adopted pharmacological classification. Most chapters set out brief information about the pathology and biochemistry necessary for understanding the mechanisms of action of drugs. In accordance with the modern requirements for the educational and reference literature, the textbook contains international non -parted names of drugs, sometimes their main synonyms (trade names) are given in brackets. The publication is intended for students of pharmaceutical and medical faculties of medical universities.
