In the collective monograph, created by the leading scientists of the Department of Philosophical and Socio-Economic Disciplines of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (MGUA), a study of a number of problems and conflicts of law in terms of their philosophical analysis, the role of philosophical methodology in theory was undertaken and the history of law, as well as the meaning of the synthesis of socio-philosophical and legal sciences in modern legal education.
