Philosophy of law. Hegel G.
Georg Wilhelm Hegel is rightfully considered one of the greatest German thinkers who ascended German philosophy to an unprecedented height. The Russian thinker Vladimir Solovyov, speaking of Hegel, remarked: "From all philosophers, only for him only one philosophy was everything." Hegel’s significant work “Philosophy of Law” was included in the present publication, which stands on a par with such glorified books on legal, social and political thought as Plato’s “state”, “politics” of Aristotle, “Leviathan” Hobbes. “Philosophy of Law” is still being studied and interpreted. The issues of society, politics, state, rights, legislation that Hegel raises in the book facing the philosophers of today just like they faced the author’s contemporaries.
