This course of optional practical works aims to determine universal physical permanent. The selection of practical work was carried out on the basis of using the simplest and most affordable devices. A feature of the course is to identify the logical connection of the determined physical permanent.

The course is intended for high school students in secondary schools with physical and mathematical bias, gymnasiums and lyceums with in-depth study of physics and astronomy.
