This Textbook was created on the basis of a training course, which the authors in various versions for many years read to bachelors, master's master's, and graduate students of the Institute of New Materials and Nanotechnologies of the National Research Technological University "Misis". In the first part, the basics of the thermodynamic description of the surface surfaces are presented.
