Political ontology of digitalization and state controllability

The monograph reveals the contradictory nature of the policy of digitalization. It presents the original concept of technopolitics as identifying the transformational abilities of technology and their influence on political phenomena. In the center of political ontology of digitalization lies the idea of ​​the ability to ensure coordination of interactions in politics.
