Polynomial implementation of partial bully functions and systems. Zakrevsky A.D., Toropov N.P.

When designing logical exor schemes containing the summation elements according to the module 2, the tasks of the optimal representation of the Boolean functions and systems by the polynomas of Zhegalkin and Rida-Maller arise. This combinatorial task is significantly complicated in the case of non -fully defined bully functions. This book summarizes the results of research on the development of practically effective methods, algorithms and programs for its solutions, which were carried out at the Institute of Technical Cybernetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in 1995-1997.
