PowerDesigner 15. Data modeling. Nartova A.
In all my books, I sought to eliminate the three main difficulties that are facing the programmer. I am trying to make an affordable terminology (jargon), which is available in each programming language, teach the programmer to use the language elements and explain how the language is applied in practice. Terminology is an indispensable means of communication for both fans and professional experts, so you need to know it. My approach to training is to explain to an inexperienced user, which means terminology. He must confidently use it in the appropriate context. Thus, he will be able to more effectively apply the documentation that comes with software products. It is necessary to understand the syntax and the essence of the elements of the language, it is also important to show how the properties of the language work and how they are used. I always give the reader practical working examples that show the connection of each property of the language with certain tasks. This can then become the basis for experimentation. The practical context should go beyond the boundaries of the mechanism of application of individual elements of the language. To teach a programmer to develop his own applications, I explain how the elements of the language work in the aggregate. That is why I use at least one working example, which is created in several chapters. A beginner in programming should be clarified by three points that are true when studying any programming language. Firstly, you will receive great satisfaction when you reach the goal. Secondly, it is very interesting and you will enjoy. Thirdly, this is much easier than you think.
