In recent decades, the sport of higher achievements, like the children's achievements (and the latter, unfortunately, in individual species also becomes elite), are surrounded by a triple ring of risk factors of the most different plan. In such a situation, more than ever before, the role of the preventive direction of sports medicine increases, the implementation of which is possible only with close interaction and mutual understanding of the coaching staff and medical personnel that accompanies sports training at all its stages. The first step in this direction is the clear designation of joint tasks and available at a different level of diagnostic equipment of the solution to their solutions.
