The first volume of the textbook is devoted to a number of topical issues of practical therapeutic dentistry that were not included in previous publications.

The first part examines the organizational, legal, ergonomic and sanitary-epidemiological aspects of the provision of therapeutic dental care. Particular attention is paid to the ergonomic foundations of “four hands” at the horizontal position of the patient.

In the second part of the manual from the clinical point of view, the issues of anatomy, histology and physiology of the organs and tissues of the maxillofacial region are considered. A separate chapter is devoted to radioanatomy of the dentistal system and radiological diagnosis in practical therapeutic dentistry.

The third part describes modern local anesthetics and anesthetic methods in the implementation of dental therapeutic interventions. In detail, using modern scientific data and the latest practical developments, issues devoted to individual oral hygiene and professional brushing in adults, as well as the characteristics of the oral cavity in patients with implants, non -removable orthopedic and orthodontic constructions.
