Milan Berg stands at a traffic light when a car stops next to him. In the back seat, a frightened girl. In despair, she presses a piece of paper to the glass. Scream for help? Milan cannot read the message - because he is illiterate! One of the six million illiterate people in Germany. However, it is clear to him: the girl is in mortal danger. The search for the captive and attempts to help her turn for Milan into a nightmare ode, at the end of which he is awaiting a cruel discovery: sometimes the truth is unbearable to live with her further, and ignorance is the biggest gift in the world.
