Professional Ethics Code of Lawyer

The Code of Professional Ethics of Lawyers was adopted by the first All -Russian Congress of Lawyers on January 31, 2003 in accordance with the requirements provided for by the Federal Law “On Bar and Advocacy in the Russian Federation”. The Code establishes the rules of conduct mandatory for each lawyer in the implementation of advocacy, as well as the grounds and procedure for bringing a lawyer to responsibility. The text of the Code is provided by the Federal Law Chamber of the Russian Federation and is given with all the amendments and additions approved by the All -Russian Congress of Lawyers.
