The textbook contains information about the basics of diagnosing internal diseases. At the beginning of the book, classic sections of the discipline are presented: collecting complaints, examination, percussion, palpation, auscultation of various organs and systems, laboratory and instrumental diagnostic methods. The chapters 10-16 consider the main syndromes of the pathology of internal organs. The description of the syndromes precedes brief information on the anatomy and physiology of organs or systems of organs. The textbook is completed by two applications: Appendix 1 - tables for all presented syndromes; Appendix 2 - tables for determining the electrical axis of the heart, as well as tests for self -testing of knowledge. The book includes a large number of tables and original drawings. The textbook is written in accordance with the program of the educational discipline “Propaedeutics of internal diseases”.

The publication is intended for students of the III year, as well as students of senior medical universities and novice doctors of the therapeutic profile and will contribute to the formation of professional skills and skills, the formation of medical thinking.
