Structuring the property relations of spouses is the most important practical task that is facing each family. When planning a marriage, future spouses, unfortunately, do not always pay due attention to the financial and material aspects of their marriage and family relations, which in practice gives rise to a lot of disputes regarding their belonging to this or that property. In this book, based on the current judicial practice, we decided to analyze the features of the legal and contractual legal regimes of the property of the spouses, the procedure for concluding and the execution of marriage agreements between them, agreements on the division of property, alimony agreements and other civil transactions, the peculiarities of the execution of relations between the couple, not consisting in a registered marriage. We paid special attention to the study of the procedures for the division of the property of the spouses and the allocation of shares in the common property, issues of personal and joint, as well as extrajudicial bankruptcy, disposal of hereditary property using the usual testament, as well as a joint testament of spouses, inheritance agreement and a testamentary order. < /p>
