Prosthetics errors. Treatment of patients with failure of dentition restorations. Volume 2. Waise M.
The purpose of this book is to justify the treatment, the analysis of the details of some clinical and dental stages, illustrated by the example of specific cases. Methods related to periodontology, endodontics, osteointegration, as well as to the manufacture of non -tax and removable prostheses, are revealed sufficiently for specific clinical cases presented in the text.
A more detailed description of these methods can be found in other textbooks. Despite the fact that the restoration partially covering the tooth is often an element of treatment, they are not represented in this monograph - more details can be found in monographs dedicated to crowns and bridge prostheses. The same applies to composite and amalgamic restorations.
I in no case set myself the task of creating a standard textbook that reveals all aspects of restoration dentistry, which would be unrealistic. In addition, this is not particularly necessary.
first of all, I tried to present a general approach to the management of patients with the failure of the dentition restorations. Particular attention is paid to patients with multiple restorations, areas that cause the largest number of issues, as well as areas that are not sufficiently lit in another literature.
