Protection of consumer rights with applications for 2023

This publication contains the text of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and takes into account all available changes and additions.

The book includes approximate (typical) forms of claims (on termination of contracts, recovery of funds, compensation for losses, forfeits, non -pecuniary damage, etc.) and claims that will help consumers correctly draw up documents when applying to the competent authorities to protect their interests when acquiring goods (works, services) of inadequate quality and unsafe for life and health.
