The textbook was developed in accordance with the main educational program of the educational discipline “Psychology of communication” based on federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education.

The textbook covers the subject, goals, methods and basic concepts of communication psychology, as well as aspects of professional ethics and etiquette. Each chapter contains theoretical information that reflects the basic concepts of the theme and conclusions. At the end of the chapter, materials for self -testing are given, which will allow students to determine the quality of independent work with the textbook. They include questions for verification, test and educational tasks. Materials for practical classes are widely represented, which can be used by students during auditorial training and for independent work. At the end of the textbook there is a dictionary of psychological terms.
