The labor presented to readers continues the series of works of the author’s collective, devoted to the analysis of urgent problems of modern psychosomatic medicine. The work reveals complex psychosomatic dependencies that characterize not only mental disorders directly related to somatic pathology, but also formed in the bodily sphere outside such a connection. The augmented and recycled monograph discusses the problems of psychosomatics that remained outside the framework of previous publications of the book. The book includes for the first time a separate chapter, expanding and deepening the ideas about the psychopathological structure and dynamics of mental disorders in a dermatological clinic. This section introduces readers to a fundamentally new author's model of mental pathology, limited by the space of the skin, and the relevant solution of the problems of timely diagnosis and therapy.
