The largest English playwright of the late XIX - the first half of the XX century. George Bernard Show (1856-1950) in his works acts as a master of intellectual drama-discord, built on acute dialogues, full of paradoxical situations that destroys all traditional ideas about the theater. His plays are playing a political reaction, normative morality, hypocrisy, hypocrisy. In 1925, the writer was awarded the Nobel Prize.

This collection included the plays “Pygmalion”, “Caesar and Cleopatra” and “The House where the Hearts are broken”, which became the classics of theatrical scenes of the whole world.
