This is a useful book on how to help people with food disorders (RPP) change their relationships with food, body and, ultimately, with oneself. In a book, written by two psychotherapists who themselves were cured of eating disorders, a lot of humor, personal stories and tested techniques that help a person to return to normal life after restoration from food behavior. The authors explain the difference between diets and RPP, distinguish several stages of recovery and give advice on how to succeed on each of them.
The book made a powerful work on the destruction of myths on topics that were historically not considered in the publications to get rid of eating disorders, namely: pure nutrition and orthorexia, physical exercises during the recovery and a positive attitude towards fullness. In addition to effective exercises, at the end of each chapter, useful tips and recommendations are given to introduce a new approach to recovery into a human daily life. A light and relaxed tone of the book creates a feeling of authenticity and sincerity, due to which those who fight chronic diets, disorders of food behavior and a negative way of the body feel important and heard.
