Until recently, it was he who remained the most popular and occupied the highest position in the color hierarchy. Why is it believed that red wine invigorates more than white? French historian M. Pasturo is trying to answer these and other questions, to figure out where such an unconditional faith in the powerful red, and find the reasons for its gradual disappearance from our daily life.
