Reflex types of massage. Textbook. Yermushkin M.A.

The textbook reveals the issues of technology and methodology for the implementation of reflex types of massage, such as segmental reflex, connective, periosteal massage, as well as a number of traditional massage techniques (acupressure, Shiats, etc.). All reflex massage options under consideration are based on a single principle of neuroreflex interaction of the body systems. The unified classification of varieties of zonal massage impact is given, the theory of the mechanism of their action is considered, special massage techniques are characterized.
