Reform. How Russia succeeded. A.K.
In the times of antiquity, it was believed that a citizen is not only a resident of the territory, but also a participant in state life, who is a continuation of the private. The citizen asks questions: “Where are my taxes, why do they limit me in rights, who is to blame and what to do?” Unfortunately, today a citizen of Russia has nothing to read. He is offered either special literature, requiring many years of reading, or a common, but written in line with “enemies around, for success - we will give out money, make everything free and go our own way. And in general, Russia cannot be rich because of the slave mentality, a harsh climate and large distances. ”
literature, where several hundred pages are all necessary about the structure of the state, economics and law, does not exist. Moreover, such literature is the most important, since “understanding of a small number of ideas frees from the need to know a large number of facts” (Helvetius). I tried to make up for this gap.
