The management was developed on the basis of an analysis of domestic and international experience in various areas of rehabilitation of disabled people. It contains information about the theoretical, methodological, methodological, organizational and legal basis of the system of comprehensive rehabilitation of disabled people implementing the state program of the Russian Federation “Available Environment” for 2011-2020. Particular attention is paid to technologies and technical means of rehabilitation and abbreviation of disabled people, which have proven effectiveness.
