The collective monograph studies the philosophical and legal foundations of relativism, the mechanisms and limits of its impact were determined, attention was focused on the relativization of law enforcement and the coexistence of parallel regulatory systems, and the Russian state-legal reality was evaluated. The authors actualized semiotic approaches to relativism, value discourses, problems of truth and other phenomena that evolve in the context of relativism.
The book is devoted to the poorly understood the direction of philosophical and law, is the first collective study of relativism in the right in the post-Soviet space. The monograph is focused on teachers, graduate students, students and all those interested in modern theoretical studies of law.
