Reliability and technical diagnostics of systems: Textbook. Berezkin E.F.

The training manual gives a systematic presentation of methods for assessing the reliability and diagnosis of hardware of automated information and management processing systems (ASOIU). The first four sections are devoted to the study of mathematical models of the reliability of digital equipment, the next five - the study of mathematical models of technical diagnostics.

The manual is intended for students studying in the specialty “Application and operation of automated special -purpose systems” and the direction of training of bachelors and masters “Computer science and computer technology”.
