The monograph outs the basic theoretical concepts related to city conflicts, and also presents the basic provisions of the legal doctrine governing the rights of conflict participants and the status of objects in urban territories. The material is illustrated by examples of judicial practice, and also contains “cases” - real city conflicts that occurred in Russia and a number of foreign countries that need to be allowed by students in seminars, occupying different positions (residents; business).
