Isolated connecting sleeve (L-26 mm GSI), 1.5-2.5 mm², the blue rexant is designed for high-quality and fast connection of the wires with each other, as well as isolation of the place of their connection. Such a sleeve is used to connect multi-core copper wires of the corresponding diameter when installing mobile electrical contact connections on the rolling stock (car, car, airplane, and shipbuilding) or in other places where the reliability of the connection (for example, radio or climatic equipment is important). Rexant isolated connector consists of two components: a metal seamless tube and a protective insulator that covers the connector completely. A whole metal tube (contact part) is made of brass, with surface electrolytic pudding, has in the middle a restrictive cut, for a uniform establishment of wires on both sides. The sleeve is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), reliably protecting the contact part from external influences, and a person from electric shock. The squeezing is carried out by mechanical deformation with special press rolls (HT-301 H, HT-301 N, HT-301 W) on top of the protective insulator. The use of isolated sleeves makes it possible to significantly accelerate electrical work, while the contact is electrical safety.
