Richter and his time. Notes by the artist
The author of the book Dmitry Terekhov is a famous artist, a student of prominent masters of Russian modern Vladimir Egorov and Robert Falk, the nephew of the artist Anna Troyanovskaya, closely familiar with Peter Konchalovsky, Fedor Shalyapin, Konstantin Stanislavsky and many other artists. Thanks to Anna Ivanovna Troyanovskaya in 1947, a fateful acquaintance of the author with a young, who supplies Hope Pianist, a student of Heinrich Neigauz, Svyatoslav Richter, occurred. The friendship of Richter and Terekhov lasted about fifty years, until the death of the great pianist. A few years later, Dmitry Fedorovich wrote his memoirs of pronis about him, in which the author skillfully combined with his conversations with his wife Svyatoslav Richter-singer Nina Dorliak and her student Galina Pisarenko. This book is primarily a tribute to many years of friendship and admiration for a true genius. It was created on the basis of memories, personal impressions and thoughts, as well as evidence of eyewitnesses of many events described here.
