Rose Arthur Bell - this is a winter -hardy floribunda, has a rich fruit aroma. The disadvantage is the burnout of the flowers: at first they are a wonderful bright yellow color, but quickly become lemon and cream. The flowers are semi -double, in medium -sized hands. A bush with thick, rigid, prickly shoots. Flowers are resistant to rain. It forms a tall bush in thick skin foliage, the flowers are large, resistant to bad weather. Good resistance to black spotting and powdery mildew. Flowering begins in the early summer and continues until the fall.
