The need for a radical change in the school education system is obvious today. The information explosion that shocked the world at the turn of the millennia, and the “shock wave” of high technologies followed it sharply changed the human life, making it more dynamic, variable, uncertain and poorly predicted. The education of the last century, which created the conditions for the birth of an information society, fulfilled its historical mission. Attempts to keep up with the exponential growth in the amount of information by expanding the content of school education lead only to an increase in its duration and increasing overload of students, which in the near future will lead the school to a dead end. The information society needs qualitatively different education, capable of ensuring the successful personal adaptation of each student to life in an informationly unstable, technologically and communicative environment.

We offer our vision of the new Russian school, which, in the future of the next thirty to hundreds of years, may also matter for the development of world education as a whole. We decided to present the results of our study in the form of a trilogy, each of the books of which is devoted to relatively independent aspects of the new school. The third book, which the reader holds in his hands, describes the school management system and the organization of the educational and cultural environment.

The book is addressed to a wide range of specialists - from education theorists to young ambitious teachers who see themselves as heads of innovative schools.
