Peter Nikolaevich Savitsky (1895 - 1968) - Russian geopolitics, public figure, one of the main theorists of Eurasianism. During the Civil War, he fought in Ukraine against Petliura, then he was Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the governments of Denikin and Wrangel, and in 1920 with the remnants of the Wrangel army emigrated to Constantinople.
