Alexander Belkovich became the chef of the Terrassa restaurant in St. Petersburg at the age of 21, by that time making a rapid career in Moscow in the famous Correa’s Muscovites of American origin Isaac Correa. With a dizzying speed, he went from cleaning potatoes to the post of brand-chef of the Ginza Project restaurant. To date, Sasha has put the kitchen more than two dozen restaurants. He opened the Squirrel restaurant, fulfilling the dream of healthy food with a witty feed, and a network of burger Ketch Up. Sasha leads the author’s show “Simply kitchen” on the STS channel on how easy it is to cook from available products. He was a host and a judge in the show "Master-SHOF". Working on the menu for the Russian institution “Marie Vanna” in London, the chef Alexander Belkovich decided to make a book about a simple Russian food that we know and love.
