A textbook is a practical application to the course of lectures on the Russian language and culture of speech. The result of training in this discipline should be the formation of a high speech culture of a modern specialist in accordance with the competencies necessary within the framework of the main types of his professional activity. Given the target audience of the course, it is supposed to solve the following tasks: a) to fix the available and develop new skills in compliance with spelling, lexical, morphological, stylistic norms in relation to the language of a future specialty; b) to teach the use of the functional styles of speech directly related to the future profession of a student (scientific and official-business). The manual consists of five sections of the same structure: theoretical certificate, exercises and control tasks. The reference material also includes a number of dictionaries, which includes the vocabulary contained in the exercises.
