The book gives the most complete overview of the development of the Russian school abroad in the 1920-1930s. The study was conducted on the basis of a significant array of published and new archival sources and covers all the main aspects of the life of the Russian school in exile: organizational, political, material, pedagogical, moral. The book examines the history of Russian emigration educational institutions in Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, France and China.
