Designed to transform corrosion products and inhibiting the corrosion process on various surfaces and products of steel and cast iron with the thickness of the rust layer up to 80 microns, with subsequent painting with atmores-resistant varnishes of rapid and industrial and technical purposes. It makes it into reaction with rust products. Actic zinc ions convert rust into phospar-zinc coating, which have the properties of the supporting layer for paint and varnish materials.

In addition to increased corrosion resistance, phosphate-zinc coating has additional valuable properties: high adhesive ability, dielectric and antifriction properties.
