It is used in baking home products: bread, gingerbread, muffins and cookies from wheat and rye flour and their mixture. Extract (or concentrate) of rye malt has a delicate malt taste and aroma of fried malt. Thanks to it, the taste characteristics and appearance of the product improve: the crust is more fried, and the crumb is porous and uniform. The use of malt extract increases the freshness of homemade baking.
