Sweet taste and delicate strawberry aroma! Pink flowers, 7 cm with a diameter of 70-80 cm, English type, blooms abundantly throughout the season. Due to its sweet taste, it is best used in confectionery, such as preserving rose petals, rose syrup or pink water, which can be added to any pastries. They are also a bright addition to fruit salads or cold drinks. Our personal favorites with rose petals, a delicacy, the recipe of which was developed for us by the famous Dutch producer of ice cream, Mr. Theo Clever, whose name is this beautiful rose. Numerous, but relatively small petals are also ideal for decoration, regardless of whether they are used fresh or dried.
