“Running along the waves” - this is an affair with a very strong adventurous stream, with many adventures, with a bright picture of the carnival, involving the entire port city in his insanity. Through this whole series of exciting events, the title line of confrontation between two worldviews is held: strict logic and a clear picture of the world is contrasting with faith in an unrealizable, faith in a miracle. And the hero, striving for this unreasonable, incredible, believing in his existence, as in the legend of running along the waves, resulting in happiness with a girl separating his ideals.
