This educational and methodological manual is an illustration of the possibilities of modern effective forms of educational process at a medical university and introduces readers with problematic learning as part of a pilot project of Sechenov University "School of Mastery". The school of skill on the results of the interviews is credited with highly modified students of the IV-VI courses. The program does not duplicate the main program for therapeutic disciplines.
