Alexander Vasilievich Suvorov is an outstanding Russian commander who brilliantly led the troops using innovative methods of military strategy and tactics. His brilliant victories became the top of military art and are stored in history to this day. Being an educated person with wide knowledge and worldly wisdom, Suvorov during his lifetime became a national hero.

The book “The Science of Win” was written in 1795, when Suvorov was the commander in chief of the army in the south of Russia. This is an outstanding work on military affairs, which includes invaluable experience and knowledge that helped Suvorov become an invincible military leader and laid the foundations of Russian military science. On the ideas of A.V. Suvorov, set out in this book, a number of Russian military leaders grew up, including M. I. Kutuzov, P.I. Bagration and others.
