Sculpture implants. Anatomical approach

The book is devoted to the evolution of the protocol for the installation of zygomatic implants. Not only successful results were demonstrated, but also complications, as well as ways to eliminate and prevent them. Sculpture implants allow in a relatively short time to solve the problem of complete adenses with severe atrophy of the upper jaw. Such treatment does not require the creation of the second operating field and (or) the use of additional materials to increase the volume of the alveolar crest. Implantation is recommended under sedation, which significantly reduces the discomfort of both the patient and the surgeon. The proposed protocols will allow the clinician to minimize the duration and invasiveness of the intervention.
