Autumn 1944, Eastern Prussia. The Germans conduct tests of the "sea dam" - the only mini submarine in the world. The approach of the Soviet troops forces them to hide secret documentation in the cache. Twenty years later, West German intelligence restores the “sea dam” that sank into the war and sends it with its agent nicknamed Gyurza to the Veetsk Coast, but the KGB officers receive a signal from the border guards about the emergence of a strange object and begin the investigation. The situation is aggravated by the fact that a carefully conspicuous resident of a soloist who meets the Gyurza boat is acting on Soviet territory.
