Russian writer of romanticism, Prince Vladimir Fedorovich Odoevsky (1804-1869) was a bright and original thinker. The main question, which was the subject of his thoughts throughout his life, remains relevant for our time: can a person explain the world around him in order to arrange him on a reasonable basis and for his good. Reading the story of Odoevsky, we are now solving our own problems, so they are so interesting to us. In 2019, it marks the 215th birthday and 150 years since the death of the writer.
