The author of the translation of the main meanings of the Holy Koran and comments (Tafsira) is Shamil Alyautdinov, a graduate of the International Islamic Academy and the Faculty of Islamic Law of Al -Azhar University (Egypt). Years of study: from 1992 to 1998.
Shamil Rifatovich Alyautdinov was born in January 1974 in Moscow. Since 1991, he has been working in the spiritual department of Muslims of the European part of Russia (Dumer); In 2002, he was appointed Deputy Mufti Dumer on religious issues, in 2005 - the head of the Scientific and Theological Council of Dumer. From 1997 to the present, he is a preacher (Imam-Khatyb) of the Moscow Memorial Mosque on Poklonnaya Hill. The author of more than 30 books, with a total circulation of more than 400 thousand copies, some of them became bestsellers, and one was translated into Chechen, English and Tatar languages. This translation of the meanings of the Holy Quran is the first theological translation into Russian.
