Carrots "Winter Sweet" is a mid -season variety. The period from seedlings to technical ripeness is from 90 to 110 days.

The yield is stably high: 6-7 kg/m². The root crops of the Nantes varietotype, cylindrical, smooth, aligned. Length: 18–20 cm. Mass: 90–150 g. Do not crack.

The pulp is juicy, sweet, very tasty. Recommended for fresh consumption, culinary processing, freezing. Root crops are perfectly stored without losing high commodity qualities up to the period of gathering a new crop. It is one of the best varieties for subzymeal sowing.

Sowing of seeds in grooves is carried out at a depth of 1.5–2 cm. Until the appearance of seedlings, it is recommended to cover with a film to maintain optimal soil humidity. With the development of the first two pairs of real leaves, plants are thinned out.

The second thinning is carried out when root crops reach a diameter of 1 cm. Plants need timely watering, weeding, loosening and top dressing.
