An interesting novelty in the sugar varieties of vegetable peas. Refers to the faceless varieties, in which part of the foliage has changed into additional "mustache". The stems of neighboring plants are tightly applied to a mustache, due to which resistance to lodging increases and the variety can be grown without supports. The variety is mid-season, from seedlings to harvesting 60-65 days. The length of the stems is 70-80 cm. Flying beans-lobes, they have no parchment layer. Brain seeds with a high sugar content (up to 7-8 %) compared to smooth-grains, the number of seeds in a bean is 6-8 pcs. The young shoulder blade is completely edible, along with seeds and juicy sash. The taste is excellent. The use of the most diverse - in raw form and after light culinary processing as part of salads, soups, stroke. This is a wonderful seasonal treat and a great product for a healthy diet. The blades are suitable for canning (including freezing).
