Kozak is an early -ripe variety that has excellent technological qualities. It is characterized by high yields, the equality of root crops and good leaf. Resistant to churchsporosis and flowering.
Dark red root crops have a cylindrical shape. The pulp is dark-bearded, delicate, juicy, without rough fibers and rings. The mass is 280–350 g.
