An attractive annual plant with erect stems, up to 70 cm high. The leaves are oval, light green, by mid-August their edges are stained in silver-white color. The flowers are small, surrounded by bracts with wide white appendages. Thanks to them, the top of the shoots becomes like an outlandish flower. Blooms from late July to frost. It grows well in open and semi -prose places with any soil, preferring light nutrient soils with peat or compost. Propagated by sowing seeds in March in pots or in late April-early May in open ground. Seals appear in 10-12 days. They are planted singlely or in groups on lawns, flower beds, near bushes, maintaining the distance between plants 25-30 cm. The shoots are suitable for cutting.
