Issop is a long-term half-brown of a spaces-aromatic group, which is valued for a pleasant rich smell, decorative, medicinal, honey and nutritional qualities. The variety is early, the period from the moment of spring growing to the start of flowering lasts 80–85 days. Pests and diseases are practically not affected, wintering without shelter. The yield is 3-3.5 kg/m².

Issop forms a dense bush 50 cm high. The leaves and young shoots use in fresh and dried form as a seasoning for a variety of dishes.
